Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to success and renewal
Develop and implement scalable customer success processes and strategies that drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Analyze customer behavior to drive platform usage and outcomes while managing renewals, expansions, and churn
Collaborate with technology, marketing, and sales teams to meet customer expectations and optimize processes
Take a leading role in shaping the Customer Success organization at Churned, with the opportunity to influence its direction and growth
You recognize yourself in this
Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, with a commercial mindset focused on upsell and renewals
An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to create and optimize processes for better customer outcomes
