This is what you like doing

  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to success and renewal

  • Develop and implement scalable customer success processes and strategies that drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

  • Analyze customer behavior to drive platform usage and outcomes while managing renewals, expansions, and churn

  • Collaborate with technology, marketing, and sales teams to meet customer expectations and optimize processes

  • Take a leading role in shaping the Customer Success organization at Churned, with the opportunity to influence its direction and growth

You recognize yourself in this

  • Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

  • A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, with a commercial mindset focused on upsell and renewals

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to create and optimize processes for better customer outcomes
