Business Development Internship

At Churned, we help businesses with customer retention and growth. Our platform is already used by leading brands in many industries to predict customer behavior and take action before it’s too late. We've experienced rapid growth, bolstered by a successful funding round that solidifies our position in the industry. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Senior BDR to help us scale globally. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing startup where your work will make a real impact. You’ll play a key role in driving new business, building relationships with decision-makers, and contributing to Churned’s success. This is what you like doing

  • Research and identify high-potential leads, understanding their business needs.

  • Engage prospects through cold outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.

  • Develop relationships with business leaders and introduce them to Churned.

  • Deliver industry expertise, uncover customer pain points and position Churned's value.

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, working closely with your deals and keeping them engaged.

  • Be a part of the sales process helping strategise and convert.

You recognize yourself in this

  • Minimum of one year sales experience, preferably in the tech space or a dynamic company.

  • Legally allowed to live and work in the EU. Sponsorship?

  • Someone who adds value to the cultural side and environment we have created.

  • A great communicator that is fluent in English. Speaking another European language is a plus.

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections.

  • A motivated and self-driven person with a strong interest in sales.
