Churned was launched in January 2020 by a Professor of Data Science, his former master student, and his commercial brother. Today, we offer an advanced AI SaaS solution used by Customer Success and marketing teams, focusing on predicting and preventing customer churn and boosting up-sell. Funded by investors and ambitious for (international) growth, we're ready for the next step, and we want you on board!
Conduct market research to identify potential target accounts and key players in the industry.
Generate interest and engage prospects through discovery calls, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and uncover their business problems, effectively communicating how Churned can provide solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies and effective outbound campaigns.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, tracking progress and updating CRM systems regularly.
A highly driven individual, a disciplined self-starter
Comfortable with cold calling and confident in initiating conversations with potential customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade prospects.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in a business or related field.
Previous experience in a SaaS company or sales role is a plus.
Internship compensation of 500 euros for full-time internship (or pro-rata for part-time).
